State Of Emergency is a album of Various Artist from the Solid State Cliq. At the prime of the SSE Cliq this album came out and did very well. it helped pushed shows and many guest spots for the group. it featured only Solid State artist. Kartoon as the General of the crew appears on 20 of the 24 songs. During the start of the dismantling of the group a bonus disk was released with the album featuring remixed versions of the song that had previous members on the songs.
